You can expect an hour of high-quality coaching through a variety of functional movements, intended to help you progress consistently on your fitness journey.
All you have to do is show up willing to work, and coach will take care of the rest. Your class will be broken into 4 basic sections.
1) General Warmup: 5-20 minutes of gentle movement and stretching. Loosen up, identify your pain points, and talk to coach about any movement limitations you're feeling that day
2) Specific Warmup: 10-30 minutes of skill or strength-specific movement, tailored to reinforce the movements that you will see in your METCON. This section of the class is when you focus on mechanics and consistency, whether that be refining your barbell technique, increasing your range of motion, dialing up the difficulty of a gymnastics skill, or adding more weight to a lift
3) METCON (i.e. "the workout"): 3-30 minutes of high intensity movement, using the skills that you have practiced earlier in the class
4) Cool Down: 3-5 minutes of targeted cool down and stretching, addressing the areas that you hit hardest during that day's class
