CrossFit Kids

Start a lifetime love of fitness through healthy physical activity. These sessions include a fun warmup, strength work, a workout, and a game! Movements are tailored to your child's developmental age and maturity and may include: gymnastics and bodyweight movements, object movements (balls, dumbbells, kettlebells), and barbell movements. No experience required. 

SPORTS CAMPS

We offer Spring Break and Summer Sports Camps with half or full-day options for 1st-5th graders. Fun and engaging sessions will focus on a variety of sports, instilling the fundamentals of each and working towards higher levels of fitness, competence, and confidence. 

Batting Cages

70' and 35' indoor batting cages with automatic pitching machines. Purchase a monthly membership for unilimited use, or purchase a pass for each session. 

OPEN PLAY

Younger kids will love the open floor space -- perfect for running, jumping, riding, throwing, and just playing! We have a variety of toys and equipment for them to use during this play time. 

Batting Cages

Indoor, enclosed batting cages available. Use our 35' x 14' lane with a Junior Hack Attack pitching machine or our 70' x 14' lane with Bata 2 pitching maching. Perfect for batting or pitching practice for all ages. 

Monthly memberships available for unlimited lane use, or purchase a pass per 30-minute session.

8:00-9:00: Drop off and free play

9:00-10:15: Session One

10:15-10:45 Snack (provided)

10:45-12:00 Session Two

12:00-12:30 Pick Up for Half-Day Athletes

12:30-1:00 Lunch for Full-Day Athletes (bring your own lunch)

1:00-3:00 Sports Themed Movie and Rest

3:00-4:00: Session Three

4:00-6:00 Free Play and Pick Up
