I started CrossFit in 2009, shortly after my active time in the Army. My husband, Zack, and I opened Phalanx CrossFit in 2011 while I was teaching English at UNC Greensboro. I now focus solely on the health and fitness of the Sanford community. I am proud to lead a team of CrossFit trainers who are dedicated to seeing you succeed!
